Beaver Leader receives Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award

Following the St George’s Day parade and the renewal of promises, our District Lead Volunteer presented a number of well-deserved awards to leaders across the District. One of these was awarded to our Beaver Leader, Huw, who has recently achieved his Gold Duke of Edinburgh’s (DofE) Award. Achieving Gold demonstrates dedication, resilience, teamwork, and a strong commitment over an extended period—making it a highly respected accomplishment.
We are incredibly proud of Huw for reaching this milestone. Congratulations on this outstanding achievement —we can’t wait to see photos of you at Buckingham Palace for the well-deserved celebration of your success!
