Beaver achieves the highest Award – Chief Scout’s Bronze Award

Our Beavers got off to a celebratory start to our Spring term as Oliver received his Chief Scout’s Bronze award after 2 years of hard work. He has showed great enthusiasm for all the activities he has taken part in to achieve this award. This is the highest award a Beaver can earn. To earn it, he completed all of the challenge awards, as well as any four activity badges, of which he’s achieved many. The Challenge Awards helped him step out of his comfort zone and try new things, while the Activity badges helped him explore interests and skills in a fun way. By earning the Chief Scout’s Bronze Award he has developed skills in teamwork and leadership, had the chance to try new adventurous activities and all the fun of a night away from home.
