Beavers are visited by a Paediatric Nurse as part of their World Challenge Badge

On 17th July 2023 our Beavers were visited by Paediatric Nurse Louise Cullen from North East & North Cumbria Paediatric Critical Care & Surgery In Children Operational Delivery Network.
She talked to the Beavers about what it’s like to be a nurse and her career in various aspects of paediatrics.
The Beavers did well answering her questions that put their First Aid knowledge to the test. This helped them complete part of their World Challenge badge by learning about who helps them in our community.
She also ran a Teddy Bear hospital making sure everyone’s teddies were bandaged up and felt better.
